Itinerary

Rosapenna

June 15

Rosapenna

Arrive at Dublin Airport before 8 a.m., where Tom Coyne and our driver will meet you at arrivals*. Board the coach and head for Donegal where you’ll play the Old Tom Morris Links at the Rosapenna Hotel & Golf Resort, followed by a welcome dinner at Rosapenna’s Vardon Restaurant. Sleep well in your 4-star lodging—we’ve got 36 holes tomorrow!

June 16

Rosapenna

Enjoy a full Irish breakfast before teeing off on the new St. Patrick’s Links by Tom Doak—ranked among the top courses in the world shortly after its opening. Catch your breath and grab some lunch before twilight golf on the Sandy Hills Links designed by Irish legend Pat Ruddy.

Cruit Island

June 17

Cruit Island

After breakfast at Rosapenna, depart for Cruit Island—Tom’s favorite nine-hole course in the world with its legendary par-3 6th hole that puts other oceanside carries to shame. Go around twice for good measure. After golf, depart for Sligo Town and enjoy one of Ireland’s great pub scenes. Stay overnight at The Glass House in Sligo.

June 18

Carne

Depart for Tom’s beloved Carne Links. Play all 27 holes, including the Hackett 18 and wild new Kilmore 9. Prepare for a warm welcome at Carne, as the club credits the Broken Tee Society’s generosity during Covid for helping keep the course open. Stay overnight in luxury at the Mount Falcon Estate.

June 19

Enniscrone

Wake up with the birds. We begin the day with a morning falconry demonstration at Mount Falcon before heading off to visit the tallest dunes in Ireland at Enniscrone, an Eddie Hackett masterpiece. Stay overnight at Mount Falcon where the tent party/BBQ has been known to go past closing. But get some sleep, because tomorrow, we take on Lahinch.

Lahinch

June 20

Lahinch

It’s time for one of Ireland’s jewels: Lahinch, the host of the Irish Open and the 2026 Walker Cup. Caddies here are necessary, required and included in your trip price. Stay overnight at the Cliff House in Ballybunion, and prepare for…

Ballybunion

June 21

Ballybunion

The BTS Summer Solstice at Ballybunion. Join up with 16 fellow members as we run Ballybunion from sunup to sundown. You’ll play 36 holes on Ballybunion’s Old plus 18 more in the evening on the Cashen Course (carts available for those with weary feet). Stay at the Cliff House Ballybunion.

Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links

June 22

Jameson Golf Links

Recovery Day. Head back to Dublin for gentler links golf at the Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links. Toast your friends in the shebeen on this former estate of the Jameson family and spend your last night at the Portmarnock Resort & Jameson Golf Links.

June 23
