Additions
- For those wishing to play more golf, replay rounds are available subject to course availability.
- Replay rounds may be booked following registration and in advance of the event through the Players’ Room for Irish and Meadow Valley. Straits and River will be on a walk-on only basis.
- They will be at a discounted rate of 45% off retail rates for that course (all subject to availability).
- Members arriving early on August 8 can play The Baths short course as an included part of the trip, before meeting for the welcome dinner.
- Members can extend their trip to arrive early or stay late, depending on availability. All extended-stay payments will be on your own.
- Members can take advantage of special packages at the Kohler Water Spa.

Registration Rules
- You must be a TGJ member to sign up for Whistling Straits.
- Members can place reservation requests from Wednesday, March 20 at 9 a.m. ET to Thursday, March 21 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
- You may request up to four spots, but all guests must be active TGJ members.
- Singles are encouraged to place reservation requests. Singles will be randomly paired with groups.
- Submitting more than one request will not increase your chances of being chosen. Duplicates will be removed.
- Entries must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the notification email to avoid forfeiting your position in the event.
FAQs
Yes, all guests must be active TGJ members. The best way to bring a non-member guest is to gift them a TGJ membership.
Yes, you will be paired with another BTS member at random.
If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase.
Players of all skillsets and handicaps are welcome to register. We only ask you are respectful, have fun and keep up with the group ahead of you.
There will be double-bogey max scoring in place.
Yes, we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests. Confirmation will be subject to availability, based on the number of requests as space on the bus is limited. A non-golfing rate will be offered.
Pricing is per person. In the event you have questions or need to cancel, please email Events@golfersjournal.com. Refunds will be given the full amount, less 5% processing fees prior to July 8, 2024. Following July 8, we will only be able to provide a refund given your spot is filled by another BTS Member.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and payment plans through Affirm.
Transportation to and from Destination Kohler is not provided.
The Irish, River and Meadow Valleys Courses allow golf carts. Weather permitting, golf carts can access the fairways on all three golf courses.
Forecaddies on all three courses are not required, advanced reservations are required. One forecaddie per foursome.
Forecaddie fee is $50 per person. Paid in golf shop at check-in.
Forecaddie gratuity is $30 per bag recommended. Feel free to give more or less depending upon the level of service provided during the round. Paid to forecaddie at end of round.
