Farm Fresh
When Xander Schauffele wants to get serious practice in, he heads to The Farms. Pete Dye’s bold San Diego layout winds through groves of eucalyptus with water threatening on nearly half the holes. Dye protege Tim Liddy just finalized a restoration to return the course to its original, uncompromising vision. The BTS gets it for a full day this fall with 18 holes on a course where pros sharpen their games, followed by a visit to San Diego State’s new on-site performance center. Enter the lottery for a day in Tour country.
