The Legend Continues
There aren’t many better days in golf than at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. It opens with a tee shot in the shadow of a towering Vanderbilt mansion and closes with a grandstand finish overlooking the Hudson River, including the all-world punchbowl 15th and thumbprint 16th. Gil Hanse and George Bahto’s restoration of the Macdonald and Raynor design has it firing on all cylinders, and the 2023 U.S. Mid-Am and 2023 Broken Tee 2-Man proved it. Add in an alfresco dinner on the patio as the sun sets over the river, and you’re in for a rare treat.
