Registration Rules
- You must be a TGJ member to sign up for The Meetup @ Punta Mita.
- Members can place reservation requests from Wednesday, November 15 at 12 p.m. ET to Thursday, November 16 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
- You may request up to eight spots
- Singles are encouraged to place reservation requests.
- Submitting more than one request will not increase your chances of being chosen. Duplicates will be removed.
- Entries must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the notification email to avoid forfeiting your position in the event.
FAQs
We encourage all attendees to be members, but you’re welcome to bring your immediate family along without purchasing additional memberships.
Yes, almost 50% of event attendees are singles. Bring a friend or come make some new ones.
If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase.
The following lodging option are available:
- St. Regis King Room
- St. Regis Double Queen Room
- 3 Bedroom Condo (2 rooms with 1 King, 1 room with 2 Queens)
- Houses are available upon request.
Players of all skillsets and handicaps are welcome to register. We only ask you are respectful, have fun and keep up with the group ahead of you.
There will be double-bogey max scoring in place.
Yes, there’s lot of other activities at the resort available to guests who don’t wish to golf. The price for a non-golfing guest is the same.
Pricing is per person. Refunds will be accepted before January 10, 2024. Refund requests after January 11, 2024, will be approved on a case-by-case basis by Punta Mita. If approved, all refunds are subject to the full amount, less 5% processing fees.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and payment plans through Affirm.
Airfare, caddie / trolly fees and meals other than specified
Breakfast for St. Regis guests will be at the hotel. All other guest will eat at the Pacifico Beach Club. Lunch will be provided each day at Garden of the Golf Club. Dinner will rotate between at various locations as seen on the itinerary.
