Registration Rules

  • You must be a Premium member to sign up for Pinehurst.
  • Members can place reservation requests from January 8, 2025 at 9 a.m. ET to January 14, 2025 at 9 a.m ET.
  • You may request up to four spots
  • Singles are encouraged to place reservation requests.
  • Submitting more than one request will not increase your chances of being chosen. Duplicates will be removed.
  • Entries must be paid within 24 hours of receiving the notification email to avoid forfeiting your position in the event.

You may request up to four spots for Premium members. 

Yes, all attendees must be Premium members of the Broken Tee Society. Spouses and children under 18 are welcome to attend as guests for an additional fee.

Yes, almost 50% of event attendees are singles. Bring a friend or come make some new ones.

If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase. 

Lodging is available at The Holly Inn with the following options:

  • Single King Rooms
  • Double Queen Rooms

Golfers of all skill levels and handicaps are welcome to register. We simply ask that you remain respectful, enjoy yourself, and maintain pace with the group ahead. Double-bogey max scoring will be in effect.

Yes, non-golfing guests are welcome and can enjoy a variety of activities at the resort. Please note that an additional guest fee will apply.

Pricing is per person. Refunds are issued after your spot is filled, subject to a 5% processing fee.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

The following are not included in the event fee:

  • Airfare and transportation to and from the airport
  • Caddie gratuity
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Any resort experiences not listed in the “What’s Included” section above.

There will be a finite number of spots available for TGJ members in a given event. Members can place reservation requests in the allotted time given. During the registration request process, members can simply follow the instructions on screen by selecting the number of guests in their party and entering their information.

Members must be logged in to their account on golfersjournal.com in order to place a request.

The field will be decided via random drawing and those selected will be notified via email or text.

Selected members will have 24 hours from being notified to complete their registration by paying. Failing to pay or notify us will result in loss of spot. All members not selected will automatically be added to the waitlist. Once someone fails to pay, or declines the selection, we will continue to select members at random until the field is filled. There is no order of the waitlist.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
