Introductory Offer/Promotional Discounts

Your membership may start at an introductory/promotional rate. This rate lasts for the amount of time specified during sign-up. The Golfer’s Journal reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for such offers. Your introductory/promotional starts immediately after sign-up. At the end of your introductory/promotional rate subscription, your membership will automatically be renewed at the rate for the corresponding membership product on the website at time of renewal. The Golfer’s Journal will automatically charge your payment method at the rate stated on the website, for your membership type at the time of renewal, on a recurring basis in accordance with the terms of your membership.

If you cancel before the end of your trial, your payment method won’t be charged. You may cancel your introductory/promotional rate membership by contacting customer support.

Your eligibility to use an The Golfer’s Journal introductory/promotional rate offer is determined solely by The Golfer’s Journal. Your access to said offer is provided at The Golfer’s Journal’s sole discretion.

Fees and Payments

Your membership begins as soon as your initial payment is processed and will renew automatically until you cancel or update your preferences in your account area to “do not automatically renew”. You authorize us to store your payment method(s) and to automatically charge your payment method(s) every renewal cycle until you cancel. We will automatically charge you the then-current rate for your membership plan, every renewal cycle until you cancel. You will be notified via email at least 7 days prior to being charged. If your primary payment method fails, you authorize us to charge any other payment method in your account. If you have not provided us a backup payment method(s) and you fail to provide payment, or if all payment methods in your account fail, we may suspend your membership. You can edit your payment information anytime in your account area. We may change your plan’s rate each annual renewal term, and we will notify you of any rate change and provide you the option to cancel.

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellations will be processed in the following ways. As a general matter, all fees and charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. Below is our general refund policy, if we choose to refund your subscription, which is subject to change.

Refund Policy

Digital membership

All sales are final on digital memberships.

Renewed digital membership orders cancelled within 5 working business days are eligible for a full refund. Renewed digital subscriptions cancelled within 14 working business days are eligible for a partial refund equal to 50 percent of your remaining obligation.

Membership with digital access

Should we agree to a refund, the following will be used as guidelines. New membership orders cancelled within 5 business days of initial order and having had no issues fulfilled, will be eligible to receive a partial refund. If a new membership order is cancelled within 7 business days but have had issues fulfilled, it will be refunded the amount remaining in your obligation. If cancelled after 7 business days of initial order you will be eligible to receive a refund at the rate of 50% of your remaining obligation. For renewal orders the same policy applies but at 14 business days period. 

Premium Membership with digital access

The Golfer’s Journal Premium membership, entitles you to added benefits, such benefits chosen and defined by The Golfer’s Journal and subject to change at any time and at The Golfer’s Journal sole discretion. If you use/receive any of the premium benefits included in the premium membership you are not eligible for a refund. For new membership orders cancelled within 7 business days of initial order and if no benefits have been sent and or issues fulfilled, you are eligible to receive a full refund. If you cancel after 7 days and no benefits have been received/used and if issues have or have not been fulfilled, you will be refunded at the rate of 50% of your remaining obligation. For renewal orders the same policy applies but with 14 business days period applied.
