Land’s End

Credit where it is due: Herbert Fowler’s figure-eight routing is pure genius. But even he knew that he had been gifted with one of the great seaside canvases in golf history. With open water visible in nearly every direction, Eastward Ho! is a golden age classic. A sweeping 2025 renovation by Kyle Franz has the course playing back to Fowler’s original vision, and those coastal Massachusetts winds can make it just as tough as 1922, when Francis Ouimet said it was the “most difficult course I have ever played.” This October, 100 BTS Premium members will be among the first outsiders to experience the refreshed layout. Enter the lottery for one of the finest fall afternoons in New England golf.
