Order Questions
We process merchandise orders continuously Monday-Friday, 9-5 PM PST. Most merchandise orders delivered in the US are mailed via USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you are out of the continental US, the order will ship using our international courier. Please expect 1-2 weeks for domestic delivery, and 2-4 weeks for international delivery.

Payment Options
Payment for all items in our online store can be made via Apple Pay, PayPal and Credit Card. Payment plans are also available through Affirm, for orders over $500.
Returns or Exchanges
To request a refund or exchange for unused or unworn products please contact our Membership Services team via email at membership@golfersjournal.com or call (949) 492-2637. Merchandise exchanges are subject to a $20 restocking fee. Returns will be refunded the full amount of the order, less the original shipping cost, once the item has been inspected and approved by a member of our team. Used and/ or damaged items will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender.

Missing/Damaged Copies
If you did not receive an issue or received a damaged issue that was included with your membership, please fill out this form and a member of our team will contact you. You can also call 949-492-2637 for assistance.
Print Shop
Prints from our online shop are gallery-grade and hand-framed using the highest-quality materials. The price of the print includes the cost of the frame. The cost of the print will not change if you choose not to have it framed, however, the shipping cost will be slightly less based on the shipment’s dimensions. Payment for Prints can be made via Apple Pay, PayPal and Credit Card. Payment plans are also available through Affirm.
Prints can be made in the following sizes:
- 8 x 12 inches
- 12 x 18 inches
- 18 x 24 inches
- 28 x 36 inches
- 34 x 54 inches
To calculate the final dimensions of a print, add the print size to the number of total inches of your frame and matte selection. (Eg: For a print 8 x 12 inches, with an outside frame of 1 inch on each side, the total dimensions are 10 x 14 inches. For the same print with a matte and outside frame size of 2.5 inches on each side, the total dimensions are 13 inches by 17 inches.
