About Baltimore Country Club

Founded in 1898, Baltimore CC is woven deep into the fabric of American golf. The current par-70 East Course, designed by A.W. Tillinghast, opened in 1926 and hosted a PGA Championship two years later. The West Course was added in 1961 before being renovated by Keith Foster in 2012. While both courses have remained relatively inaccessible behind the private gates of Five Farms, they’ve made exceptions on exceptional occasions: The U.S. Open, U.S Amateur, Walker Cup, U.S. Women’s Open and Senior Players Championship have all made stops at Baltimore CC since 1899. You can now add the Broken Tee 2-Man to that list.

Broken Tee 2-Man History
What began as a gathering at our favorite local spot is now TGJ’s flagship event. More than 1,500 Members signed up for a chance to play Hazeltine in 2021, making the 2-Man one of the most sought-after tee times anywhere. With a full calendar of Member outings both formal and informal, the 2-Man is a chance to play for something larger: bragging rights, a lifetime exemption, and your name forever etched on Scotty Cameron’s hand-built trophy.

Members are permitted to purchase one foursome each.

Yes, all guests must be active TGJ Members. The best way to bring a non-Member guest is to gift them TGJ.

Yes, you will be paired with another single at random.

The format is two-person better ball, net and gross. One low score per team will be counted per hole. Teams may not win both gross and net categories. In the event they do, gross scores will take priority.

If the event is sold out before you register, you can enter the waitlist found on this page. Waitlisted Members will be chosen at random, when registered members withdraw.

If you have another person or team you’d like to be grouped with, please submit the request on the Guest Details form on the Players Room following your purchase.

Players of all skillsets and handicaps are welcome to register. We only ask you are respectful, have fun and keep up with the group ahead of you.

There will be double-bogey max scoring in place.

Following completing registration you can request a caddie in the Players Room on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Members have access to a room block with preferred rates. Information will be available post purchase on the Players Room page.

Baltimore CC is a private club, and we cannot accommodate any practice rounds.
