- Golf: Hickory Loop @ Sand Valley 4:00 pm
- Dinner: The Gallery 8:00 pm
August 13
- Breakfast: Aldo’s or Craig’s Porch 6:00 – 8:00 am
- Golf at Sand Valley (half of group) 7:00 – 8:40 am
- Golf at Mammoth Dunes (half of group) 7:05-8:45 am
- Lunch: Mammoth Bar or Craig’s Porch
- Golf: Groups switch courses 1:00 – 2:40 pm
- Dinner: Aldo’s Restaurant 8:00 pm
August 14
- Breakfast: Aldo’s or Craig’s Porch 6:00 – 8:00 am
- Golf: The Lido 10:00 – 1:50 pm
- Lunch: The Lido or Mammoth Bar
