Welcome to Bump&Run: a weekly recap of what you may have missed during the last week on The Broken Tee Society Discord Server.

If you're reading this...

you’re among the first 2,000 members of the Broken Tee Society. Congratulations! And despite a full calendar of scheduled content, an international collection of regional chapters and a consistent stream of new members, the #BTS is barely scratching the surface of its potential. While some in the business community might refer to you as an “early adopter,” we’ll just continue to think of you as friends.

Between the #🤝│member-hosting channel and the growing list of regional chapters, it’s been a joy to see how many of you taking things offline. From local meetups, like the one brewing at Rustic Canyon, to rumors of regional matches, like the I-70 Series between Kansas City and St. Louis, to supporting something bigger, like our groups playing in the Wilson House Benefit Tournament, things are happening!

(Sorry, we’ll stop helicopter friending now.)

What's not in the bag?

Ahhh, the question that never dies. It was only a matter of time before a #🛠│witb appeared on the docket, and we’re glad it did—you can learn a lot about your internet friends just by looking through their bag. Noticeably absent from #🛠│witb, though, was the discussion on half-setting (translation: playing with less clubs on purpose). Instead, that conversation was found in #🧠│mental-game, prompting the question: Are there positive psychological effects associated with playing with fewer clubs? And if so, what can that teach us about our daily habits?

it's all fun and games until you 3-putt

Mark Cuevas ripped this heater off in the #📸│photography channel, which means we’re sending him a bag of (un)broken tees and highlighting his work here. Check out more of Mark’s stuff on Instagram.
